My goal with today’s message is to discuss the latest form of consumerism in the fitness industry: supplements. What is & isn’t worth it, and how you can figure out what is best for YOU!

A Note from Me

BG Brock | Founder & CEO

Everything that I do and share is in the hopes that I can prevent someone from learning things the hard way (like I did). The fitness industry is filled with misinformation, and the more time someone wastes falling for it, the less likely they are to achieve their goals. I want everyone to succeed, and hope to have a part in you all getting there!

Please take a second to share this message with someone you know that may benefit from it, and let’s make the world a healthier place together.

Remember to ELEVATE others every chance you get.

When I was first dipping my toes into the fitness industry back in 2018, I was lucky—“algorithms” weren’t quite eavesdropping on our conversations yet. These days, you mention to a friend that you’re having trouble sleeping, and suddenly you’re seeing hundreds of targeted ads across your social media, with each supplement promising to be the best and fix all your problems.

Maybe you’ve fallen for it once or twice yourself and spent who knows how much on supplements that (1) weren’t formulated with the guidance of physicians or a clinical team and are subject to limited regulation, and (2) are overpriced and poorly absorbed, meaning you may not be getting the results you hoped for.

I spent years getting frustrated with this myself (as a personal trainer) - both personally, and on behalf of my clients - wasting so much time on research and constantly being disappointed in what I’d find, until I very recently discovered Paath Wellness and their approach to supplementation. Paath’s supplements are formulated with the guidance of a clinical team and designed with long-term health and results in mind. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes, their goal is to support the body’s natural processes and help optimize its functions without creating reliance on supplementation.

Paath Wellness has also developed targeted bundles to support people transitioning off GLP-1 medications, as well as protocols designed to support women navigating PCOS/PMOS and related hormonal concerns. If you are unsure of what protocol might be best for you, there is a free quiz linked below to help you out! Feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions at [email protected]

If you’re not necessarily struggling with health/supplementation concerns, but know that you are far from where you want to be in pursuit of your strength/mobility/weight loss goals, I am accepting new online clients and offering free consultations to determine if we are a good fit or if I can point you in the direction of a colleague better suited to your needs. I will also include the link to book a consultation with me below! :)
